Whoever is responsible for fighting the war on terror really has missed the boat on recruiting teenage girls to get the job done. Maybe it was considered and they decided that due to the natural rebellion against authority ever present with that population there was a greater risk of them taking over the world causing more terror than exists today.
Just a thought....
